A few quick answers about how we work as a team with clients from Kosovo, Europe and beyond.

Typically we start with a short discovery call to understand your goals, tech stack and timelines. From there, we propose a concept, rough architecture and budget range. Once aligned, we build a clear roadmap with milestones and responsibilities on both sides.

MedAi is based in Kosovo, but most of our partners are spread across Europe and beyond. We are used to working remotely, coordinating through video calls, project boards and shared documentation while keeping communication transparent and fast.

Our core team combines AI/ML engineers, full-stack developers, infrastructure & hosting specialists, media creators and digital strategists. Depending on the project we also involve a trusted network of designers, copywriters and domain experts.

We document architecture and workflows, keep code in version control, and avoid unnecessary vendor lock-in. You’ll get admin access, handover calls and – if wanted – a support or retainer package so that the same team can continue to maintain and extend your system over time.
