Alban serves as the Chief Legal Officer of MedAi Digital Partners LLC, where he is responsible for all legal governance, compliance, contracts, risk management and regulatory frameworks. He acts as the primary advisor for the executive board on legal matters and ensures that MedAi operates transparently and securely in Kosovo and international markets.
In addition to his legal leadership role, Alban oversees MedAi’s Real Estate Investment initiatives — ranging from acquisition strategies and due diligence to structuring long-term property development plans. His background in law, economics and real estate markets enables him to combine compliance with high-value investment opportunities.
Alban brings structure, clarity and protection to MedAi’s operations. He negotiates contracts, manages risk, ensures regulatory compliance and leads all legal operations related to partnerships, digital platforms, hosting, AI deployment and investment projects.
