COO – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at MedAi Digital Partners LLC, Kujtim is responsible for turning strategy into execution. He leads day-to-day operations, delivery processes and cross-team coordination across AI development, software projects, infrastructure and media production.
His main focus is to ensure that every project is planned, resourced and executed efficiently: from first client briefing and scoping, to implementation, quality control and long-term support. Kujtim bridges management, engineering, design and clients – keeping timelines, budgets and expectations aligned.
Kujtim designs and optimizes the internal frameworks that keep MedAi running smoothly. This includes project management standards, delivery pipelines, team workflows and operational KPIs for the company’s activities in Kosovo and abroad.
Kujtim believes that strong operations are the foundation of sustainable growth. His approach combines clear processes, transparent communication and a hands-on mindset – especially in complex, cross-functional projects that involve AI, hosting, real estate technology and digital campaigns.
