As CEO of MedAi Digital Partners LLC, Berat is responsible for the overall direction, performance and culture of the company. He sets the vision, leads executive decisions and ensures that MedAi operates as a reliable long-term partner for clients in Kosovo and international markets.
With a strong foundation in leadership, entrepreneurship and digital ventures, Berat coordinates strategy, finance, key partnerships and high-impact initiatives. His role is to make sure that innovation, business goals and daily execution stay aligned – from AI development and hosting to real estate platforms, communication systems and media.
In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Berat oversees all major company functions – from technology and operations to sales, marketing and strategic investments. He works closely with the Director & Strategy, CTO and department heads to create a clear roadmap for growth and sustainable value creation.
Berat’s vision is to position MedAi as a trusted digital partner that combines Kosovo-based engineering talent with global standards in AI, software and communication. Under his leadership, MedAi aims to build platforms and services that are technically strong, commercially scalable and transparent for partners, investors and clients.
For larger collaborations, long-term programs and strategic projects, Berat is often involved directly as executive sponsor. He helps structure agreements, clarify expectations and ensure that MedAi delivers not only technology – but also reliability, governance and clear communication to all stakeholders involved.
