Fitim leads strategic initiatives across different MedAi verticals – from real estate technology and AI-powered automation to hosting, communication systems and media. He defines priorities, structures deals and ensures that every project supports the overall growth strategy of MedAi and its partners.
At MedAi, Fitim designs and supervises the strategic framework that connects different departments: AI & Engineering, Product, Operations, Real Estate Tech, Hosting, Media and Partnerships. He works closely with founders, technical leads and clients to ensure that every solution is not only technically strong, but also commercially viable and aligned with the long-term vision of the company.
