As Director & Strategy at MedAi Digital Partners LLC, Fitim leads and oversees the strategic, commercial and institutional direction of the company. He manages executive-level decision making and connects strategic opportunities between AI, software engineering and real-world business requirements across Kosovo and international markets.
With extensive experience in business development, digital transformation and technology-driven initiatives, he represents MedAi in direct negotiations with companies, institutions and public bodies. Fitim manages contracts end-to-end and leverages a global network of partners and decision-makers across multiple regions and industries.
Fitim leads strategic initiatives across different MedAi verticals – from real estate technology and AI-powered automation to hosting, communication systems and media. He structures complex deals, defines priorities and ensures that every initiative aligns with the long-term growth strategy of MedAi and its partners.
At MedAi, Fitim designs and supervises the strategic framework that connects different departments: AI & Engineering, Product, Operations, Real Estate Tech, Hosting, Media and Partnerships. He also initiates and executes contracts related to public tenders, EU-funded initiatives and Switzerland-based collaborations, while facilitating cooperation between international partners and state institutions in Kosovo.
Whether it’s a new platform, a digital transformation project or a long-term collaboration, Fitim serves as the strategic point of contact for key clients, partners and public institutions. He structures private-sector projects as well as state-level, EU and Switzerland-related engagements in a way that increases clarity, reduces risk and delivers sustainable long-term value.
